Sales Representative Building & Timber Supplies

We are seeking a sales representative who will strived for excellence in customer service with timber, building and construction products who is a “hands-on” person who will have the passion for the building and construction industry.

You will be dedicated, hardworking, mature and motivated person who takes pride in their work and achievements along with a strong product knowledge in the timber and building industry with hands-on experience with either being trade qualified or currently working in the building supply or may have a strong sales and customer service background and would like to join this industry. This position requires a person with a high work ethic, extraordinary people skills and the ability to work to a high standard.

The person’s customer base will consist of small to medium Builders as well as large Corporate Builders. The individual will be responsible for looking after an established sales territory and also seeking and establishing new customers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for selling across the range of Colli Building Supplies including the sale of Roof Timber, Truss Roof, Wall Framing, Flooring systems, Doors, Second Fix, Hardies Products and Brickies Hardware.

Requirements:

  • A strong sense of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and a passion to succeed.
  • Experience in trade sales, building & construction or qualified tradesman.
  • Experienced in the timber and hardware industry is highly desirable.
  • Computer skills.
  • An attractive Remuneration package including a fully maintained Company Car will be offered to the successful candidate.

On-Site Trade Sales Representative

Looking for a career change?

We are looking for enthusiastic, strategic, and energetic Trade Sales Representative for one of our highly successful Colli Onsite branches. You will have demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and rapport as well as have exceptional product knowledge in the building, construction, hardware, and timber sales with a “hands-on” approach.

The successful individuals will not only be responsible for looking after and maintaining an existing customers base but also seeking to establish new customer contacts to expand your territory. The Onsite representative’s customer base will consist of small to medium Tradespeople and Companies from all parts of the building and construction industry. You will have to be self motivated, driven and be able to form part of a strong existing team environment. This position is totally measurable by your actions.

The position is based from our Malaga office and with the significance of this position, the successful person will report directly to the Business Manager on a regular basis.
